Live demo
A live demo, filled with a sample nonprofit.
Harbor Youth Arts is fictional and the demo disappears after two hours, but everything in it is the real product: sixty donors, two years of gifts, receipts, monthly giving, deposits and reports. Click anything, change anything, make a sample gift. No email, no card, nothing is sent.
Your sample organization is private to you and is deleted after two hours. Ready for the real thing? Sign up free
The donation form
Make a sample gift as a donor — nothing is charged — then watch it land in the dashboard.
Receipts and thank-yous
The tax receipt is already issued. The personal thank-you waits in a queue for you to send.
Sixty donors, two years of giving
Households, a board member, a foundation grant, monthly partners, and a few lapsed donors to win back.
Monthly giving
Active plans, one with a declined card so you can see what a past-due donor looks like.
Partner tiers
Add Friend, Sustainer and Champion levels in Settings → Partners and watch the monthly donors sort themselves into them.
Deposits that tie out
Weekly payouts broken down to the penny, plus check and cash deposits ready for the bank.
Reports
Campaign progress, lapsed donors, retention, fund summaries. Export any of them.
What's different in the sample organization
A few things are switched off so a stranger can't use it to charge a card or email a real person. Everything else works exactly as it does for customers.
- Gifts you make are recorded, receipted and reported — but no card is charged.
- Receipts and thank-yous are generated and shown in the app; no email leaves the demo.
- Stripe and QuickBooks can't be connected, and teammates can't be invited.
- The AI assistants are off. The help center is one click away.
What happens after two hours
The organization, every donor and gift in it, and anything you typed are deleted. Nothing carries over — when you're ready, create your real account and set up your own organization in about ten minutes.
