Working with multiple organizations
One login, many organizations. For bookkeepers, fiscal sponsors and chapters.

A DonorFinch login can belong to any number of organizations, each with its own donors, Stripe account, forms and team. Useful for:
- Bookkeepers and consultants serving several nonprofits
- Chapters or affiliates that fundraise separately but share staff
- Fiscal sponsors running a project per organization
Switching
Use the organization menu at the top-left of the app. Your role can differ in each organization: Owner in one, Finance in another.
Getting added
Each organization's Owner or Admin invites you under Settings → Team, using the email you already sign in with. Accept the link and the organization appears in your switcher.
Creating another organization
From the organization menu, Create organization. You become its Owner. Each organization connects its own Stripe account and has its own receipt numbering, EIN and settings.
What is not shared
Donors, gifts, funds, forms, templates, team and settings are all per organization. A donor who gives to two of your organizations has two separate records (though they see both in their own portal). Reports don't roll up across organizations; export each and combine in a spreadsheet if you need a consolidated view.
Billing
There's no per-organization subscription; each pays the 1.2% on its own online gifts through its own Stripe account.
